We monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us
develop the design and layout of the Teen Line web site.
WebTrends Live is used
to analyze traffic to the Teen Line Web site. WebTrends Live does
not maintain individual profiles for visitors, nor does WebTrends
Live collect data that might identify the individual visitor.
WebTrends Live only collects aggregate data.
Protecting Personal
Information
Teen Line’s policy states information shared from the message board
or through emails or regular mail will not be shared with outside
agencies unless a person is suicidal or homicidal. At that time
local law enforcement will be contacted and attempts will be made to
assure the safety of the individual.
